A+ Family Dentistry Dental Benefits Plan

If you don’t have dental insurance, you can take advantage of our in-house Dental Benefits Plan to help make your money go further and get you the care you need.

Included Benefits

Your Dental Benefits Plan membership includes: 

• One exam per calendar year
• One set of X-rays per calendar year (as needed)
• One preventative cleaning every six months
• 20 percent discount on all other services that are not covered by an outside insurance company

Discount for Payment In Full

If you pay in full for treatment over $600, you will receive a 5% discount.

Financing options are available through CareCredit, Lending Club and Citi Health Card.

CareCredit

CareCredit is the country’s leading healthcare financing program. It offers financing ranging from $300 to $25,000. CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments, including0% interest on financing for up to 12 months or low interest financing from 24 to 60 months.

With CareCredit you can:

• Pay for deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance

Lending Club Patient Solutions

Lending Club Patient Solutions offers flexible payment plans, including:

• Plans with low fixed rates and low monthly payments that never change over the life of the loan

• No prepayment penalty

It’s easy to calculate your projected monthly payments. Just complete a short application which displays fixed rates and monthly payments for Extended Plans. This will not impact your credit score.
